Care instructions- Clean with hot water and soap before first use. Diluted white vinegar and/or baking soda can also be used to clean your canteen. Do not use bleach or chlorine to clean your canteen. Do not put your canteen in the dishwasher, as it may compromise the vacuum seal of your canteen. Recycle your canteen at the end of its lifetime.

Returns

Xtreme Canteen accepts returns on unused product in original packaging up to 14 days after purchase. If you would like to return your canteen, please contact us at info@xtremecanteen.com. We will provide you with a return address.

Please provide us with your order number from your xtremecanteen.com purchase. If you purchased an Xtreme Canteen from us at a fair or festival, please contact us for additional information on how to make your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping method and keeping a tracking number for your reference is recommended to ensure your package has arrived at our Xtreme Canteen warehouse.

Refunds will be processed in 7-14 business days and will show the difference in purchase amount on your next credit card statement, dependent on issuing bank and billing cycle.
